The first time I watched this I had the volume turned down, but with the sound up you will learn that this is a contest to see which of the men can endure his pegging the longest without making a sound. Those that "squeal like a pig" are out of the contest.
Adding to the excitement is that the peggers demand the men keep their heads up (facing the audience of women), and some women approach the men to taunt them as well. (By the middle of the video, I found myself wanting to be in their place!)
