I don't know who "William J Higgins" is, but he really has the market covered when it comes to medical CFNM photos.
I've been a fan of his for a long time! He's the best purveyor of naked male bodies out of eastern europe, and has been for decades! I'm so glad he's dipped into CFNM lately too (after a lot of CMNM in his early medical shoots)...
